Restaurants During last years flooding, many businesses were so badly affected that complete refits were required. Mayfield Electrical Ltd. completed 2 such projects on the Wicker, Marcia’s and The Gulshan, in Sheffield. Both were completed within a tight time scale and budget. After a fire engulfed the kitchen at The Istanbul Restaurant, Doncaster, Mayfield Electrical Ltd. were appointed to refit the kitchens electrical distribution and accessories, taking only a week from strip out to completion. As many of our clients realise getting the lighting wrong has a direct effect on the ambiance and atmosphere of any restaurant. Several moods can be programmed for each circuit thus allowing for the change in lighting to be constant i.e. cleaners 100%, early evening 80%, late evening 60%, romantic 40% etc. All this can be achieved at the touch of a button on a plate to a similar size of that a standard domestic switch.
